Open Innovation and University Conference starts in Valencia (UPV)

Today Monday 26th it’s starting the International Conference Open Innovation & University, held in the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV) untill tomorrow.

Today we will be able to listen to Henry Chesbrough, the person that coined the Open Innovation term; Curtis R. Carlson, the President and CEO of Standford Research Institute International (SRI); Tom Hockaday, from Isis Innovation, the Tech Transfer company from Oxford University; David White, from the EU and responsible in the past of DG for INnovation, and now from the Directorate General for Lifelong Learning; Jan Anders Manson, Vicepresident for Innovation valorisation of the Ecole Polytechnique Féderale de Lausanne (EPFL), who lead the team of the winner of Americas Cup, the Alinghi; Andreu Mas-Colell, Professor of the UNiversitat Pompeu Fabra and the future Secretary General of the European Research Council; Eduardo Montes, from Siemens and, apart from other speakers, Ronald M. Wolf, from Philips Research.
